Our hassle free guarantee offers a 7 day return policy for equal exchange or store credit

Refunds are also another available course of redress but only within the following circumstances:
1) Manufacturer's Defect - You will have the choice of a refund, equal exchange or store credit once returned within 7 days of purchase.
2) Upon approval by management on a case by case basis. Please note if an item is not returned in proper resell-able condition ( damaged, dirty or otherwise compromised, washed or without tags etc) management is under no obligation to approve a refund. 

Refunds are done by business cheque or ACH and will be processed within 2-4 working days of request deadline (within 7 days of receipt and return of item).

If these circumstances are not met, you will be issued store credit that can be used towards your next purchase with us. We offer hassle-free exchanges on items with manufacturer’s defect for store merchandise of equal value within 7 days of delivery.

After this time, refund or return claims will not be entertained. Please note, Phierce Plus is under no obligation to accept a return because a client has “changed their mind”, “ordered the wrong item” or “no longer wants the item”. 

Please note, if items are damaged, dirty or otherwise compromised (including washing) - we cannot accept the item. Returns and/or exchanges on lingerie, swimwear and intimates will not be accepted for health and safety reasons. These are final sale items.

Altered items are also considered final sale items.
