How to Order

HOW TO ORDER ONLINE
  1.  Add desired items in the size you need to cart.
  2.  Once you have chosen your items, click check out. If this is your first order via the website, please choose GUEST CHECKOUT.
  3. Follow the instructions to fill out your contact details and choose your method of payment and shipping/delivery. 
  4.  A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you specify - please check your spam folder if it does not turn up in your inbox.
  5. Follow the payment instructions in the confirmation email.
  6. Once payment has been made in full, your order will be shipped by next business day. 
PAYMENT OPTIONS
  • Pay via Credit Card online
  • Pay at your nearest FCB Bank or using online bank transfers
  • Pay on delivery (select areas only)
SHIPPING
Depending on your method of delivery you will be contacted to confirm your address. Please make sure shipping address is clear and accurate. 
If any changes on your order need to be made, please contact us at shop@phierceplus.com or 221-5927 as soon as possible. 
ORDER CANCELLATION
Please note, cancellations can only occur within 12 hours of order. Cancellations will only be available via phone (221-5927) or via email (shop@phierceplus.com). Without this, your order will be processed and sent.
